Rift the Wild Thing

Behind the Great Tree where the Wild Things live, you'll find a lake that leads to a cavern near the base of the tree's mighty roots. While the Wild Things are familiar with the shores of the lake, the cave remains a mystery to them. Rumors say that Rift washed up on the beach one day looking all torn apart, but before the Wild Things could give him a proper burial he had disappeared. That night, strange sounds of stichery could be heard from below the Great Tree. The next day Rift was all patched up, sporting a new set of button eyes and a hefty amount of sewing. The Wild Things still haven't tried to explore the cavern beneath their home, but they sure are stoked the homie Rift is back.
